thought I would leave some feedback on your website following the rat pest control you did in my home. Your technician came to us 3 weeks ago to treat for rats living under our decking. He treated outside and asked if he could inspect inside. We had never heard or seen anything inside but agreed. He lifted a floorboard and uncovered a few rat droppings. He then baited under the floor and said he would follow up in 2 weeks time. On his follow up he found all the bait under our floor had been consumed. He re-baited and said he would be back in 2 weeks again. On that follow up only a small amount of bait had been eaten. Since those treatments we have not seen or heard a single sign of rats. He is now comming back this week to block up the entry holes under our house. Looking forward to seeing him again!”
